Old Man Knocks Down Boxer

The result of this face-off between an old man and a young boxer is not as expected
When this young boxer took on an old man he probably thought the match would be over quickly.

And it was, but not how the buff youngster may have expected.

The old man, believed to be Ernesto Bergamasco who boxed for Italy in the Olympics in the 70s, steps up to his muscular opponent wearing a striped jumper and tracksuit bottoms.
Ernesto, who is 64-years-old, first maneuvers the challenger into a corner.

He then ducks underneath a right hook and lands his own fist square on his opponent’s nose.
The force of the blow knocks the young boxer to the ground.

Once he gets up, Ernesto is back on him and the challenger surrenders shortly afterwards.

Agility, skill and technique clearly is more important than brute force in boxing – no matter what the age.
