OJ Simpson could be released from prison later this year

It's very possible we see a free O.J. Simpson in the near future. That's because the NFL icon could be paroled within months after serving a fraction of his 33-year sentence for kidnapping, robbery and assault. Simpson will appear before a parole board July 3, six days before his 70th birthday. He'll have to prove that he's abstained from gang-membership, drugs and alcohol while incarcerated. Simpson was convicted in 2008 and has been serving time at the Lovelock Correctional Center in Nevada.
