For the end of Episode 4 we must be quick on our trigger finger to avoid Spawns and Fiends. Nine secrets exist in this level, though most exist in the same room and are rather easy to spot. The 100 Health secret counts for two, one for finding the teleporter and another for spawning at the 100 Health. Or you could do what I did and rocket jump to get the latter secret (due to forgetting about the existence of the teleporter). I also keep insisting that the red window above the water holds a secret if you shoot it (hint, it doesn't).
