Officer Strikes K9 Unit in Training

Info from Licensor: "I took the video in Summerville, S.C on January 14, 2020. My friend and I noticed there was a lot of police on the backside of a mall. They were training k9 dogs. This particular dog took it's turn and the dog got his toy and didn't seem to want to give back the toy. So I grabbed my camera. Unfortunately, the video I got was the officer hitting the k9 dog"
