'ODD-EVEN' scheme not capable to control pollution : Vadra

Robert Vadra , Congress president Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law on Monday reacted on the APP Government’s ‘Odd-Even’ formula; he said people had to face inconvenience because of the scheme. He further added though there was less traffic on the road, but the level of pollution saw no difference. He further said that the hybrid and CNG vehicles should be used by people but the prices of these vehicles should be customer-friendly
