Observers: Indelible ink isn't the main problem
Description
A combined interim report from think tanks Centre for Public Policy Studies (CPPS) and Institute for Democracy and Economic Affairs (Ideas), who were accredited local observers of the 13th general election, said today that the integrity of the electoral roll was the main problem. They also propose four specific measures on how to improve the Election Commission (EC) .
