Oblivion: Kvatch Rising V1.3

This video shows Kvatch Rising V1.3 for Oblivion. A quest heavy mod Created by the maker of Kvatch Aftermath and designed to be the best Kvatch mod available. Strictly Lore based, 4th Era friendly, it is a trip through colovian lore each time you play it. If you play as a mage and become archmage before the end of the Oblivion main plot, an special Quest appears that puts the Dark Arts back on trial but only for a limited time. Once you finish the main quest and the 4th Era starts, the quest disappears.
