NYFW Spring 2017: Milly

Designer Michelle Smith knew she had fashion running through her veins at a very young age. After high school she attended FIT, working retail at Hermes to help cover expenses. From there she obtained several top-level apprenticeships at Christian Dior and Louis Vuitton. After dreaming of her own label, she created her brand with then-boyfriend, now-husband Andrew Oshrin. Known as a fun and feminine, Milly bridges the gap between sweet and sexy, garnering fans including Beyoncé, Gwyneth Paltrow and Kate Middleton. This season she stuck with her winning formula.
