NURSES: STAFFING SHORTAGE REASON FOR POOL

Ongoing staffing shortages in the nation's hospitals are increasing tensions between nurses and management. That's according to President of the National Nursing Association, Idi Stuart, who says the "pool" system where nurses cover extra shifts is under strain, with recent comments by the North Central Regional Health Authority worsening the situation.
