Number of phone-based scams 'exploding'

New data from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission shows that phone-based scams are 'exploding' - and are costing vulnerable people millions of dollars a year. Deputy Chair of the ACCC, Delia Rickard, says they've seen around a 90 percent increase in losses.
