Description
A local government watchdog report has revealed a council in regional New South Wales conducted unlawful dealings over a proposed ethanol project. The findings relate to a development proposal by a Korean-backed company at Moama near the Victorian border. Council loaned the company nearly a million dollars and the development never went ahead.
