Description
At Wards Corner in Norfolk, two Catfish run light on the International Terminal Branch of the Norfolk District around 6:40 PM. I was expecting this to be 233, but it was only a light engine move. This was taken from a Wendy's restaurant on Little Creek Road, and the parking lot of the restaurant is pretty much on the mainline.
