Description

After NS 824 passed, I got a text message from fellow railfan Chris Bamberg saying that there was a rare locomotive lashup at Portlock Yard. Well, here it is. A GP60 leads an NPBL MP15DC on NS NP24, a yard job. NS GP60s are extremely rare in this part of Virginia and on ex-N&W lines, and are usually seen on ex-Southern lines.
