Description
We got stopped at East Princess Anne Road along the International Terminal Branch by a completely screwball train. A lone horsehead Catfish led a high/wide and a scrap gondola, which was then followed by a string of empty container cars. I'm wondering if maybe this is a second section, maybe an I27 or something. I'll have to ask someone for confirmation.
