Description
NS 388 heads east with an ex-Conrail C40-8W and an NS SD60 for power. I was looking forward to hearing a nice Leslie RS3L horn when I saw the ex-Conrail unit, unfortunately someone at NS replaced it with a slightly out-of-tune P135R24 horn. If you're going to replace a horn on the ex-Conrail units, make it a K5H/K5L or a K5LA!
