NS 233 approaches Berkley Avenue in Chesapeake but stops due to a red signal. This resulted in a "still motion picture," so to speak. I waited for about 25 minutes and this train didn't budge, so I went over to Harbor Park. Shortly after getting there, I heard this guy's horn, and it was too late to go catch him.

If the power looks familiar to you, these are the same two units that ran light at Granby Street the day before. I don't know what's with 233 having only two units, this is the second day in a row that this has happened. If it keeps up, he might become a one-unit train. Let's hope not!
