NS 213 With People Dodging It!

And this is 213 with a couple of guys who are nuts! They should learn before they cross the tracks, another thing, It need a Ped. No. Did 212 even come by? the answer is No. The track was closed for a bit due to that Defect Malfunction which was fixed before this 213 passed. 172 & 212 did not come by before this train came by, today was a bit of a mix up with 213 coming by Belmont before 172 & 212.
