NPA says instigators will be prosecuted

The Roodepoort Magistrate’s Court has postponed the bail application of alleged looting instigator, Bruce Nimmerhoudt. He is accused of being behind a voice note sent to various people to incite violence. NPA Spokesperson Phindi Louw-Mjonondwane says they won't allow the country to descend into lawlessness.
