'Not ok' Google: Is Google breaching privacy?

Google representatives told the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Information Technology on Tuesday that some recordings of conversations between users and Google Assistant are listened to by Google employees.
According to sources, in response to a specific question from BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, the Google team admitted that the Google Assistant on a smartphone or smart speaker sometimes recorded audio even when the user had not triggered the AI by saying Ok Google.
