NOT AGAIN

The bank was deluged with complaints from clients on Wednesday after some reported big drops in their accounts based on their transaction records. This isn't the first time that BPI has experienced a technical glitch. The bank's management and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas are 'coordinating' to fix the problem.
