It occurred to me that my coaching practice rarely involves timelines and goal setting. I have found that goal setting doesn't seem to work for most people. Additionally, the further out a goal is supposed to take place, the more chaotic and unpredictable achievement becomes. After all, a goal is created in the present moment with the resources available at that time.
