'No administration here to help us'

Hundreds of people are trapped in floods-ravaged Jammu and Kashmir. While the Army, Air Force and NDRF personnel are out to aid those stranded, residents lament that no one from the state administration came in their hour of grief. And today (Sep 10)as TIMES NOW meets citizens who've faced the worse in decades, their only question is - where is the Omar government? Nearly half a lakh have been rescued only after the Army stepped in and scaled up its operations working day in night.
