Nlighten ... - Nlightened

Hey you in the mirror, I got you tonight
You said it'll be sunny but I could see no light.
Going was tough and I did fight
never let the objective go out of my sight.

When I look at the world now
I cant see what you see.
As I look around me
This is not where I wanted to be.

Distance seems longer and angle unfair
Burden is heavier and no one to share.
When I know no friend and not sure of foe
How do I carry on and where shall I go?

You have the present and you have the will
Get yourself together to climb up the hill.
Don't think of glory, don't think of praise.
They will surely follow as the mirror says.

The sun is high but you are in the dark
Open your eyes and feel the spark.
Hard you try but you can't always win
Time runs faster than you imagin'

You dont know where it will take you
You dont know what it is will break you.
Life is only as good as you feel
and smiling all the time is no big deal.
