Addressing the Adhikar rally at the Ramlila Maidan in New Delhi, Bihar Chief Minister minced no words in appreciating Finance Minister for the Union Budget. Political pundits are reading this as a clear sign of Nitish arm-twisting BJP for the PM's post as well.
