Hindu Justice System Comes to Rescue of Nishant Sharma
Shiv Sena youth wing leader Nishant Sharma has a long track record of crying wolf. In recent years he has been making complaint after complaint about officers for corruption to have his name cleared in cases in which there has been credible proof. He was recently sent to Ropar jail where he was dealt a lesson by some Sikh youths for badmouthing Sikhs. The self proclaimed leader details how he was screaming for a long period whilst he was being dealt with. His screams echoed around Ropar jail and he was seen the next day at hospital and his voice barely left his mouth as he shuddered with fear. It has now been revealed he has been acquitted within 10 days and there are thousands of Sikh political prisoners who spend upto 10 years in prison on fake charges.
Its pertinent to mention A local court has awarded four-year imprisonment to national president of Shiv Sena (Hindu) Nishant Sharma in a cheating case. Sharma was booked in 2011 by the Kurali police on the complaint of a Hisar resident. Three other accused in the case, Ravi, Vikas and Rohit, have been absconding.
Anil Kumar, a resident of Hisar, in his complaint alleged that the accused had duped him of Rs1.5 lakh on the pretext of selling a second hand car. He said they had given an advertisement in a paper for selling second hand car through their firm at Sunny Enclave in Kharar, adding that he paid Rs1.85 lakh to them as advance payment.
The complainant said they failed in handing over the car and issued a cheque to him for returning the money which was dishounoured by bank. Later, they gave him Rs35,000 in cash but refused to pay the balance amount, he alleged.
