Night Sky - Inside

Many mistakes shadow my past.
Nothing seems to matter anymore.
I wear my heart on my sleeve,
And my love for you will never die.
If only you could forget,
what has passed us long ago.
My power will defy you,
if you could only allow it.
Your stare is condescending,
Paralyzing my heart.
I know deep down inside,
you’re finding the right way to say goodbye.
During the dark times all you can do is run
from all that you don’t know.
A life scattered and cluttered
with endless pain.
