He made me feel safe
Like I had a place to go
He made me feel sexy
As if I could be on the stripper pole
He made me feel smart
Like I was a genius or something
He made my fantasies come true
Just like it was nothing
He made me want him more
Like he was my addiction
He made me want the chemistry
We had that was like friction
He made me want him all the time
Be it day or be it night
He made me want him
Even though I knew it wasn't right
He made me give up everything
All my family and friends
He made me give up my sancuary
And it didn't work out in the end
He made me love him
Which wasn't hard to do
And now he's left me
And I'm feeling rather blue
