The call of my heart is not for you
The call of my heart is coloured blue

She’s fathoms deep
…and Miles wide
She’s cavernous
…and Steep
She gives me pride!

I dance with her
She wraps me tight
…and embraces me
She’s my life
…and light!

She’s a mix of saltwater
A blend of emotion
She’s glass
…and foam
She’s my mother
…my Ocean!
