NICOLA CONTE - Quiet Dawn

Over the last decade Nicola Conte has introduced a new wave of modern sounds from Italy. Through references of jazz and soundtracks from the sixties and seventies, the angry young man from Bari gained worldwide recognition as a DJ and record producer.

Love and Revolution, was released in 2011

The first concert of his World Tour was held at the Teatro Piccini in Bari featuring drum, double bass, piano, alto and tenor sax and vocalists Nailah Porter and Alice Riciardi.

Nicola Conte si ispira alla musica italiana anni sessanta e settanta, spaziando dalla bossa nova alla tradizione jazzistica.

E' del 2011 l'album Love and Revolution.

Durante il tour, ha fatto tappa nella sua Bari al Teatro Piccini, con batteria, contrabbasso, piano, sax contralto e tenore, tromba e due voci femminili, Nailah Porter e Alice Riciardi.
