NFL Makes Changes to Catch Rule
Description
The NFL made changes to the catch rule amid much controversy from past seasons regarding whether a receiver completed the process of a catch. The new rule would eliminate the "going to the ground" distinction currently being used to determine whether a catch is legitimate.
