News X: Sooraj seeks bail

News X: Suraj Pancholi's whose judicial custody had been extended till the 11th of July will appeal for a bail today at the Mumbai High Court. But it looks like it wont be easy this time as well for sooraj as Jiah's mother Rabiya Khan had filed an application in Mumbai High Court adding her as an intervener. She is opposing that Sooraj's should not get bail. On June 27th Sooraj's judical custody was extended by the session court and a day earlier his father Aditya Pancholi had moved the Mumbai High court for his son's bail, after the earlier bail plea was rejected on 21st June due to the prima facie evidence to connect him with the offence of abetting Jiah's suicide.
