Israel to pardon 178 wanted Fatah members as a gesture to Mahmoud Abbas.Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayad symbolically resigned on Saturday, and Abbas appointed him again to head the Palestinian government.The clashes between the Lebanese Army and the Fatah al Islam militants in the Nahr el Bard refugee camp continue, 11 soldiers killed so far.Lebanese delegations, including one of Hezbollah, arrived in Paris for a two-day summit.Iran has allowed IAEA inspectors to visit one facility.
