CILACAP: Indonesia Thursday rejected appeals from the United Nations and European Union to halt the execution of 14 drug convicts including a Pakistani national and other foreigners.

KARACHI: Ruling Pakistan People’s Party’s Syed Murad Ali Shah has filed nomination papers for the election of the new Chief Minister of Sindh to contest the elections scheduled to be held on Friday (tomorrow).

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Khurram Sher Zaman has also filed nomination papers for the top office of Sindh.
