Newport expect to revert ‘some’ 20mph speed limit changes
Description
Newport’s council leader has said that he expects some roads to revert back to 30 miles per hour when changes are announced in January. Over three thousand people responded to a public consultation earlier on this year, with opposition councillors saying they’ve waited long enough.
