Newmarket Holidays’ seven-day Italian break includes a four-night stay in the beautiful Tuscan Hills, as well as three nights in Naples. There will be trips to some of Italy's most famous cities and sights, with visits to Rome and Florence, and tours of Vesuvius and Pompeii.

Your first three nights will be spent in a beautiful spot called Castellammare di Stabia, which overlooks the Bay of Naples. From this base, you and your travel companions will begin your exploration of Sorrento, a stunning resort, as well as Vesuvius and the ruins of Pompeii. There will also be a trip along the spectacular Amalfi Drive.

After this, the tour group will head north, through Montecassino, and spend the next four nights in Chianciano Terme, a place that attracts thousands of visitors each year. There will then be a trip to Rome, during which you will discover this city's most fascinating sights, visit the Vatican City and enjoy a little bit of shopping. Following this, you will travel to Florence, to see the birthplace of Francis of Assisi.

The drive along the Amalfi Coast, the visit to Pompeii, and the tours of Sorrento, Montecassino and Mount Vesuvius are all included in the price of this break by Newmarket Holidays. The visits to the cities of Rome and Florence, as well as to Assisi, are also covered, as is your accommodation in Hotel Villa Serena, and Hotel Santa Chiara (with breakfast and dinner included). Of course, the services of your Tour Manager, the flights to and from Italy, and all of your transfers are included, too.

The Hotel Villa Serena is a three-star establishment that lies next to the majestic slopes of Mount Faito, providing excellent views of both Vesuvius and Naples. The hotel itself has everything you might need during your stay, including a sun terrace, a swimming pool (open only during the summer months), a restaurant and a bar. Each of the rooms in this hotel comes with a mini-bar, a safe, a television and private facilities.

The Hotel Santa Chiara is equally comfortable, and is situated close to the town's restaurants, cafes and shops. It also includes a swimming pool, which is open throughout the summer, and its rooms come with mini-bars, satellite televisions and air conditioning. The hotel itself has a bar and a restaurant.
