Newborn Dies In Operating Room While Doctors Fight

This is the appalling moment a newborn boy died moments after an emergency cesarean birth as doctors in an Indian hospital engaged in a 30-minute-long verbal spat.

A video emerged from Umaid Hospital in Jodhpur in Rajasthan in western India, shows doctors Ashok Nainwal and Dr Tak arguing loudly and calling names at each other as Anita Singh, the pregnant woman lies unconscious on the operation table.

When Dr Nainwal, the obstetrician, finally delivered the baby at the hospital-the city's biggest, it didn't survive long.

After the video went viral, both the doctors were suspended and an inquiry has been ordered.
