Xmart OS version 3.5.0 with Vehicle System and Upgrades, New Xpeng P5 EV 2023-2024

Xpeng P5 launches and upgrades Xmart OS version 3.5.0 tool system. This OTA upgrade of Xpeng P5 tool adds 15 new functions and 30+ experience optimizations. Urban NGP function has been added to Beijing and Foshan, lane-level navigation has also been launched, and dedicated sleeping cabins and intelligent remote vehicle control functions have been improved and optimized.

In terms of urban NGP, Xpeng P5 is also the first advanced smart assisted driving brand to open in Beijing's urban areas, but at present it is mainly applicable to various ring lines and major highways. It should be noted that the current urban NGP function is only valid for the Xpeng P5 P version.

In terms of smart imaging function, the new version also adds remote image viewing function for the vehicle control application. Vehicle owners can check the environmental conditions of the vehicle in real time through the mobile application, take photos at any time to record suspects. Additionally, when the vehicle approaches an obstacle at low speed, it will automatically turn on the 360 panoramic view without the need for manual or voice activation. It offers improvements in parking, lighting and vehicle displays.

In terms of the audio system, the USB music overhaul added folders, singers and album categories that can clearly divide the playlist according to personal preferences. Additionally, 4 new formats have been added: AAC, MP4 (audio), MKV and M4A.

The new version also upgrades and optimizes the interactive experience of Bluetooth phones, adding a new "call ignore" mode to solve users' pain points in the real vehicle environment. In addition to "connect" and "shutdown", more new functions have been added .

A new "turn off the screen before going to bed" function has been added to the comfort configuration. Users can turn off all screens with one click, and a scene fusion function consisting of sleep music and scent memory has been added to the "sleep space" interface. Additionally, automatic recovery is performed according to personal settings, eliminating the need for repeated adjustments.

In terms of other detailed functions, the new version of the car-machine system has optimized lighting in remote parking scenarios. When the lighting is set to AUTO, the remote parking function will automatically maintain the current lighting status. In addition, meditation mode now adds more options beyond automatically closing the car window when opened.
