Description
People in wheelchairs often live on the fringes of society. The world health organization says disabled people are usually less educated, likely to earn less money, and die much younger than able-bodied men and women. But for Germany's 1.6 million people in wheelchairs, there's a new web application that's making things a little better. Zein Basravi reports as part of Al Jazeera's Tapping Into Technology series.
