NEW TTUTA OFFICER ELECTED

A new Tobago executive has been elected for the Trinidad and Tobago Unified Teachers' Association (TTUTA).
Mathematics teacher at the Signal Hill Secondary School, Deon Rodriguez, was elected TTUTA Tobago Officer on Tuesday, securing three hundred and twenty-eight votes.
Outgoing TTUTA Tobago Officer Brandon Roberts told TV6 News he had hoped several longstanding issues affecting teachers would have been resolved before his term came to an end.
