New Jersey's Attorney General has officially ordered Bitcoin lending platform BlockFi to halt all activities in the state, marking the first time action has been taken against a crypto lending company. With all the recent crackdowns of crypto in other countries such as China, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom, this cease and desist order could signal future regulations.
