New Fixed Lending Rates

These new restrictions include: People now need to qualify for a 5 year fixed term, even if they want an open variable. Revenue properties require a minimum 20% downpayment. Refinancing your home will be capped at 90%. Previously it was 95%. No changes to long-term amortization period. (Thank goodness.)
