New Engine Break In - M13
Description
Everyone agrees that a "Hard Break-In" gives more power. But most say that it also decreases reliability........they are wrong. The reason "soft/factory break ins" have LESS power is because they have a less complete seal of the piston rings. And that means leakage. And leaks with time become larger and larger......I did a factory break-in on two of my vehicles....both times the engines were gimped and the vehicles didn't last as long as others. I've done the hard break-in on my car and my Ninja and both run better than stock....people think I've had engine work done....that's how noticeable the difference is.
