Net crepes

NET CREPES.
These tender and delicate Net Crepes are a must try recipe...You will love to eat it again and again and enjoy cooking it as well. With a very simple marinade for the chicken. It uses ingredients that you’ll most likely have on hand. If not, I urge you to buy them the next time you are at the grocery store, along with your favorite cuts of chicken and make it! It makes the perfect way to start your grilling season! I think you’ll love it

INGREDIENTS:

boneless chicken 400g
bbq party skewers 6
olive oil 3 tablespoon
lemon juice 3 tablespoon
dried rosemary 1 tablespoon
dried oregano 1 tablespoon
dried basil 1 tablespoon
crushed blackpepper 1 tablespoon
garlic powder 1 tablespoon
salt 1 teaspoon or according to your taste
red chilli powder 1 -2 teaspoon
onion one medium size
bell peppers according to taste
egg 1
salt 1 teaspoon
milk 3/4 cup
all-purpose flour 1 cup

method:
1 .Insert party skewers in chicken pieces and cut it as shown in the video.
2 .Pour olive oil and lemon juice in a small dish.
3 .Mix together all those dried herbs (rosemary ,oregano,basil),and all the spices( black pepper, garlic powder,salt,red chilli powder).
4 .brush marinade on chicken pieces and refrigerate it. Allow to sit up to 4 hours or overnight for best results.
5. Whisk egg, salt,milk and all-purpose flour into a mixing bowl.
6. make on to three holes in a waterbottle with help of a hot nail.
7.Shift this egg millk and flour mixture in that bottle.
8. grill chicken and veggies.and make net crepes according to video recipe.
