Description

The country's inflation rate will likely rise if the proposed sin tax on sugary drinks is implemented.

Executive Director, Group Corporate Affairs of Nestle, Zainun Nur Abd Rauf said if implemented it would come on the heels of the government's plan to launch the goods and services tax which would exert more upward pressure on the country's inflation rate.
