Nep MUGEN: Gotta Break 'em All

This is part 3 vs The Blue Suns Challenge featuring Pokemon, a series that doesn't exactly have the best rep in MUGEN even with the heartful attempts to make them play well... Pikachu is by far the worst offender of the four with its excess jank and Sceptile is really the only reasonable one of the bunch. Have I also said before that Rumi is really fun to play in her source game?
