Ana, please come and kick me in the face. i am on my knees like a pathetic dog. i binged like an undisciplined self-loathing big girl! now i must face the reality of what i have done. i know i should have purged, i had every opportunity too. but i laid in my bed and let all of the fat absorb into my body. now it flows freely through me. puffing my belly, filling my thighs, and i truely hate myself. how can i face the world, look anyone in the eyes. i have done wrong by you, and now i will suffer..............................apologies
