Neha Dua - Why?

You made me believe its true
And I closed my eyes without a clue
Now I regret for I trusted you
But why? ..just to turn me blue

You said you will walk along holding my hand
And I simply entered in an unknown land
Now I cant even see your footsteps on sand
But why? ..when you didnt want to stand

You always told u care but couldnt show
And I just let myself flow
Now I know your every word was hollow
But why? ..only to make me feel so low

I never asked but you assured to give
And yes you gave tears and pain to live
Now I let you go I still forgive
But why? ..coz u knew I wont turn cursive

I wanted to be on ground but you made me fly
And I overlooked everything to give it a try
Now you dont even feel when I cry
But why? ..just to see me fall fron such a high

I kept waiting coz you promised to come
And made my dream world for unknown some
Now I am awake I cant smile and blossom
But why? ..scar me till the bottom.
