Neha dhupia was born on 27 august 1980 to a Punjabi sikh family her father pradip singh dhupia was a commander in Indian navy..........she did schooling from army public school and was graduated from jesus and mary college majoring in history....she made her acting debut in a play called graffiti...... she has modeled for several ads....she won femina miss india universe tittle in 2002...she did her debut in 2003 from film qyamat:city under threat...but was average at boxoffice.and she rose to fame with her role in film Julie and sheesha and kya kool hai hum.but her film shoot out at lokhandwala got a huge success at boxoffice even her performance was grabbed by the audience.
