MUMBAI: It was a musical night at the Chivas Studio, where we spotted a host of B’towners enjoying the lilting strains of International musician Karsh Kale’s tunes, along with the smattering of fashion on offer.

Karsh Kale launched his new sound collection at The Chivas Studio 2012 in Mumbai on November 24, 2012. Among those present were Bollywood actor Sameer Kochhar along with his wife Radhika Kochhar, Rohit Bal, Nina Manuel, Anu Mallik and Bhavana Sharma.

Bollywood actor Sammir Dattani flashed his brightest, most visible magenta blazer at anyone who cared to look, while actress Neha Dhupia looked effortlessly chic in a beige kimono top and black cigarette pants.

We also spotted singers Kunal Ganjawala and Apeksha Dandekar, the latter performed at the Chivas Studio. Singers Shruti Pathak and Shilpa Rao also performed at the fashionable night.

Socialite Sheetal Mafatlal was seen in an outlandish black dress and matching hairdo. Also on the red carpet was filmmaker Onir, looking nice and smart in an all black ensemble.

The man of the moment, Indian American musician, producer and composer Karsh Kale, looked uber chic and tres haute in a black jacket and grey distressed denims. He was seen on the red carpet, posing during the launch of his new sound collection at The Chivas Studio 2012.

Day 1 at the Chivas Studio had seen Bollywood’s sought after film-maker Karan Johar presenting a short film directed by Shakun Batra, a tale of real friendship titled “Strangers in the Night”. In attendance were his ‘Student of The Year’ actors Siddharth Malhotra, Varun Dhawan, and Sana Saeed, amongst other celebrities like Imran Khan, Boman Irani, Arshad Warsi, Maria Goretti, Rahul Dev, Sanjay Kapoor, and Evelyn Sharma.
