NDRRMC Bohol earthquake briefing

Executive Director Eduardo del Rosario of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management presides over a briefing on the rescue operations conducted by concerned agencies in the aftermath of the 7.2-magnitude earthquake that hit Bohol on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2013.
